Reports and feedback

What a course report shows, exporting it to CSV, and setting up the feedback form learners see when they finish.

Every course you teach has its own report, under Teach → Courses → ⋯ → Report. Filter it by team and by period.

The numbers

Learners, completed, average score, average time, and a feedback summary, all for the filtered group.

Completions over time

A running count of completions by day.

Against the deadline

Learners split into on time, late, and past deadline, unfinished. The last group is who you’d nudge.

Where learners stop

The share of learners who reached each lesson.

Time spent per lesson

Median time against the lesson’s planned length, lesson by lesson.

Questions people get wrong

Each scored question, its wrong-answer rate on the first try, and the course’s pass mark.

The learners table

Name, email, team, progress, score, time spent, and a deadline badge, one row per learner.

Export CSV downloads this table plus one column per scored question.

Feedback

By default, finishing a course asks a 1–5 rating, two open questions — one required, one optional — and one further question you choose the type of. Edit the questions, reorder them, or press Add a question from the course’s Feedback form settings.

Two switches control how it behaves:

  • Ask for feedback at the end — on by default. Turn it off and a course goes straight to the done screen instead.
  • Show me who said what — on by default. Turn it off and responses in this report and its quotes appear without a name attached.

Responses show up as a mean score, a histogram, quotes pulled from the open questions, and an All responses list.
